We have been established since 1995 and our fees policy at Braldannich kennels and cattery is to offer our clients a premium service at a competitive price.
As many of our competitors charge for the day of delivery and the day of collection we only make a charge for the day of collection if departure is after 5.00 pm
Fees include the supply of quality feed with a vast range stocked to cater for most dietary preferences. Each individual kennel or cat pen is heated. Vet bed sheets are used in the sleeping quarters and we offer a a comprehensive insurance package insuring the animals for up 72 hours after departure.
As a further enhancement to our services we can offer our guests a wash and blow dry on the day of departure for a small additional fee, although a specific collection time is required to enable us to provide this service.

Please remember we will deduct a day’s fees if collection is made prior to 5.00 pm
KINDLY NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We do understand that booking cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable. If you do need to cancel your booking we respectfully request at least 14 days notice.
Our policy:
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the booked date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not receive a refund.
